Hun I'm hoping that pointing this out will help but in the few videos I've watched you talk about unlearning and trust ourselves and all of that but you then give a disclaimer saying not to take advice from you and listen to the dr's etc Like I know you don't ever want to be blamed or sued but you need to change the delivery aka a quick typed one on screen at the start saying that you take no responsibility for anything bad that may occur owing to someone practicing the things you preach.
